Who We're Looking For

We're looking for veterans who bring:

  2. Leadership experience — whether you led a squad, a shop, or a shift, you know how to own outcomes
  3. A service mindset — you understand that showing up reliably for customers and teammates matters
  4. Willingness to learn a trade — no prior sanitation or field service experience required; we train motivated veterans from the ground up
  5. Entrepreneurial drive — for those interested in eventually owning a franchise territory of their own

Roles We're Hiring For

Field Service Technicians Deliver, service, and maintain portable restroom units, restroom trailers, and septic equipment. Entry point for veterans new to the industry, with hands-on training provided.

Route & Fleet Supervisors Manage daily routes, technician teams, and equipment logistics using our mobile driver app and real-time fleet visibility tools.

Franchise Operators & Owners For veterans ready to build their own business under the Hero Johns banner — from Bronze (10-unit) territories to Platinum (50+ unit) operations with full septic service capability. Franchise packages include equipment, training, technology, and brand support from day one.

Corporate & Support Roles Sales, customer service, logistics coordination, and administrative roles supporting franchise growth nationwide.
